February 2018 Market in Lake Zurich

The February 2018 market in Lake Zurich shows that  it’s a great time to sell. Inventory is so low that at the present level it would only take 4 months to sell all of the available homes. There are currently only 105 homes for sale in Lake Zurich.

Students who are planning for College can attend a free college planning course  on February 13 or February 15 in Lake Zurich.  The informal class will help students learn how to apply, secrets to maximuzing potential to get scholarships and grants, how to pick schools with the best financial aid packages, how to send your child to an expensive private university for less than a state school, what assets are taken into consideration when being considered for financial aid, and creative ways to fund college without touching your retirement funds.
