The 7th annual JSRF Wind & Unwind: Yoga, Wine & Chocolate will take place in Lake Zurich on February 23. Get your tickets early as it has been a sold out event every year. Tickets are $30 and only 40 guests can be accommodated.
The event features 1 hour of yoga instruction (no experience necessary), 2 tastings each of wine and chocolate, Additional select food tastings, 1 additional glass of wine and baked goods. Guests should bring their own yoga mat or towel. Doors will be locked at 7:15, so get there early. Must be 21 or older for the wine sampling.
